DESCRIPTION AND METHODOLOGIES

If you are an applicant currently in Denmark, or another Nordic country, with refugee status and you are interested in starting or continuing your further education at CBS, you can consider the following:

Graduate Open Day
This event offers a good introduction to the different graduate programmes offered at CBS as well more practical information concerning the application process and deadlines. Further information regarding this event can be found here: https://www.cbs.dk/en/study/graduate/open-days-graduate

International Applicant Day
This event gives an introduction to life as an international student in Denmark as well as the opportunity to network with other potential international students. Further information regarding this event can be found here: https://www.cbs.dk/en/international-opportunities/international-students/full-degree-students/international-applicant-days.

Apply for an appraisal
CBS offers an appraisal round for prospective applicants with a refugee status. CBS assesses the documents sent in the appraisal application and confirms whether or not the qualifications fulfil the entry requirements for a particular programme. The appraisal round deadline is 15 December. Please write to [email protected] for further information and make sure to write “Information” in the subject line. You will receive an answer by 1 February.
CBS Admissions will assess your educational background in comparison to the entry requirements for the programme you wish to study. If you do not fulfil the entry requirements, CBS Admissions will indicate the areas that you are deficient in and how many ECTS-points you need in these areas to meet the entry requirements. We will also inform you about your possibilities for doing supplementary courses
If your appraisal indicates that you do not fulfil the specific entry requirements, you may sign up for supplementary courses at CBS International Summer University Programme.
