DESCRIPTION AND METHODOLOGIES

The University of Amsterdam (UvA) wants to support students with a refugee background in the application process and at the start of the study programme, as to ensure that this group has an equal chance at a successful start of the study programme.

The Central Student Service Desk may be contacted if students have questions about studying at the UvA, the application process or about extra support during studies.

Also, every other week, the UAF (Foundation for Refugee Students) offers consultation hours to students with a refugee background at the UvA.
