DESCRIPTION AND METHODOLOGIES

Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (HU) is committed to supporting refugees on their way to a university education and promoting networks of dedicated University members. To that extent, many events take place at HU treating the subjects of flight and migration. For example, Tuesdays, 1-3 pm, HU is offering drop-in hours for refugees organised by the University's Councelling Services. The same opportunity is provided also by School of Business & Economics (Thursdays, 10-12 am (or by appointment) - organised by students of the Wiwi Welcome initiative), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (Mondays 3-5 pm - organised by students of the Zukunft gestalten initiative), at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (You can make an appointment by email). Furhermore every Thursday, 6-8 pm, LeWi Welcome inititiative organizes Language Café. Every Thursday, 6-7.30 pm, Refugee Law Clinic e.V. organizes Legal counselling.
