Participation in TOGETHER kick off meeting in Florence with one representative (Lina Papadopoulou)
Identification of the project team: Lina Papadopoulou, Despina Natsi
Organization and implementation of AUTH regular team meetings (online and offline)
Call for students
Contacts with NGOs to be involved in the project as Associated Partners
DISSEMINATION
Dissemination of the call and aims and objectives of the project in all Universities of Greece, NGOs, social networks
Setting up of the TOGETHER page in AUTH web page
Uploading in the project portal of the material collected by AUTH
Contacting several civil society organizations to join AUTH as Associated Partners
Informative mailing to Universities of Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, as an invitation to contribute to the "Refugees Welcome Map" by sharing initiatives taken by their University.
Communication with sever universities across Europe regarding the collected initiatives for interview arrangements.
11 interviews have been conducted in order to enrich the Refugees Welcome Map with real life stories and are uploaded to the the youtube channel of the project and the portal.
Organization of the National Focus Group (IO1).
Presentation of the project on the round table organized by Antigone.
Informative session with the beneficiaries of InterVolve -Irida Women’s Center about the TOGETHER project and the first deliverable, the Refugees Welcome Map.
Filling in the monthly timesheets of the AUTH team.

54 Students expressed their interest to be involved in the project – 23 of them signed the agreement and their information has been uploaded on the portal
All HEIs of Greece has been informed about the aims and objectives of the project, as well as Universities of Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Luxembourg.
