DESCRIPTION AND METHODOLOGIES

The Institute for Language and Preparatory Studies for Foreigners and Compatriots which is department of Comenius university in Bratislava, offers so-called language and vocational training courses, which are used to teach Slovak as a foreign language for foreign students who are preparing for full-time university studies in Slovakia. The Institute ÚJOP CĎV UK Bratislava doesn´t have extra programme for refugees however all foreigners from all countries are welcome to study there.

The Institute for Language and Preparatory Studies provides:

• Courses of Slovak language
• Free advice intended to help future students on how to apply for recognition of education documents and how to correctly fill in university application.
• Advice for residence stay permit for education purposes.
• Advice for visa/residence stay permit.
• Advice for accommodation.
