DESCRIPTION AND METHODOLOGIES

According to the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI), in cooperation with ANDISU (Italian Association of Right to Study Organizations), the Italian Ministry of Interior offers 100 scholarships for the A.Y.2019/20 to refugee students or students with international protection obtained by July 15th, 2019 in Italy.

The CRUI asks to each University to welcome and support these students; for each enrolled student, the CRUI funds about 5.000€ to the university. The University uses the CRUI deposit to pay accommodation, canteens and other services to the students.

RESULTS AND IMPACT

In the A.Y. 2019/20, the University of Padua welcomes 3 CRUI scholarships, enrolled in MA programmes. The Admissions and Welcome Unit offers support for enrolment, accommodation, canteens service.
