BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANISATION
GaragErasmus was founded in 2013 as the first professional network of the Erasmus generation developed in cooperation with the European Commission with more than 40 Foundation members, including 32 Universities, plus cities and private companies (the network includes Erasmus and other kind of international exchange programmes.
GaragErasmus has been among the official partners of the European Commission for the celebration of the XXX years anniversary, In particular, its on-line platform has been officially adopted as the Erasmus XXX anniversary platform to foster engagement and promote stories and events all over Europe.
It established a format on-line and off-line were the community can foster international projects and entrepreneurial initiatives as well as finding international jobs.
Thanks to an agreement with the European Commission every year (starting in 2016) a student ending the Erasmus experience will be invited to join GaragErasmus.
To foster the cooperation between students and former students, GaragErasmus and Erasmus Student Network International co-founded the Erasmus+ Alumni and Students Association (ESAA), a forum to increase co-operation.
GaragEurope has offices in Milan (IT) and Bruxelles (BE) from where liasion activities with European networks, private enterprises, individual, national permanent missions and European Institutions are carried out.
HOW THE ORGANISATION WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE PROJECT RESULTS
GaragEurope will support the TOGETHER project by disseminating its contents, in-progress and final results in the many meetings and seminars it organises and through its large number of networks, contacts and projects.
